Homework for the week of December 6, 2010

Wed:  WT pg. 12, Honors - PS 1-9 pg.9

Thurs:  Textbook pg. 44 8 - 26 even only, Honors pg. 69 1-11, study for chapter 1 quiz and review graphs and tables for final exam.

Fri:  Keep reviewing mean, median, mode, range, one-step equations, integers, line plot, line graph and translating words into math.  Remember odd answers are in the back of the book!!  Use them to review!!

Fractions!Fractions!Fractions!

Keep practicing adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing those fractions.  Review Chapter 3 section 12 and practice solving equations with fractions. 

Final exams are coming soon and will cover everything we have covered so far this year.  Check out Chapter 7 - tables and graphs, Chapter 2 - integers and Chapter 3 decimals and fractions!!  Focus on problem solving and keep practicing!

Weekend Math Tips

1.  Review all vocabulary and notes from Chapter 2. 
2.  Work ahead and create some fractions equivalent to 3/7. 
3.  Practice changing improper fractions to mixed numbers and then change them back. 
4.  Clean out and organize your notebook and be ready for next week!!
